Can Upkeep be cancelled by an Outta Luck or Super Outta Luck card?

No. Upkeep is not considered an action and cannot be cancelled.

If I draw a card and accidentally skip the Upkeep Phase, have I lost the ability to Upkeep?

Yes. Once a card is drawn, you have moved onto the next phase of gameplay and are unable to complete previous phases.

Can I use “I Like That One Better” if a Skully Bunny in my Area of Play has the same ability as the one I’m trying to obtain from another player?

No. This would be considered stacking and is not allowed unless you’re playing an alternate game type.

If I played my last card during my action phase, what do I do? What if I have a Skully Bunny that allows me to play an additional card?

Draw 3 cards and the turn ends immediately regardless of the Skully Bunny allowing you to play an additional card.

If I don’t want to play a card on my turn after I draw, may I draw an additional card from the deck to end my turn?

Yes. You may want to keep cards in your hand for future situations. You may choose to not play in order to draw the additional card.
